  • I've been to Olly's before and received good service. I was in recently to buy dress shoes for my 3 year old twins. For my son I was told they only carry dress shoes for the start of school in the fall. Otherwise, I guess boys are out of luck. I did find a pair for my daughter but they didn't have her size. The salesperson just walked away and said, "Sorry". She didn't bother to call another store to see if they had the size I needed. I would say the customer service here is very inconsistent.
