  • Terrible customer service. Brought a pair of Antonio Melani Loafers (MADE BY DILLARDS) in because they are literally FALLING APART while barely worn. Waited for the "shoe manager" Marisol since the store manager couldn't help me? Well the wait was a waste of time because she said this normally doesn't happen, and that no shoes came back like this? Well mine did- so there's a defect, fix it. Well why are mine falling apart? Literally spent over $100 on these shoes and it's like I threw it in the trash! They weren't helpful what so ever. Never shopping here again. Save your money and spend it somewhere else. Never had a problem with Clarks shoes or shopping at Nordstrom!
