  • I lived here for 1 yr. And within that one yr they raised the rent on new leases 4 times. The office staff changed 4 times except for John. The new owners don't want anything on the patio they made me take my dish off the railing because he didn't like the way it looked but he was Ok with 4 cement blocks and a square frame holding the Dish on my patio. They would give me a 5 day eviction on my door and it was for the wrong apartment, that happened twice, they put late notices on my door but yet my rent was PD in full. They have 24hr maintenance but could not fix my AC because it was dark out and then we got a news letter saying that if you call the 24 hr emergency # they have 24hrs to respond. The walls a paper thin, FYI don't take a shower at the same time as your neighbor because you can hear EVERYTHING. I could go on and on but bottom line......DON'T DO IT!!!!! ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE OR THE MONEY!
