  • My experience here is a joke. I was super early for a movie so I stopped by to get a haircut. I was greeted immediately by Vivian who took me back after getting all my info, and she asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted a trim and layers, because I've been growing out my hair and I've been pretty bored with it. She asked me where I wanted the shortest layer and I said I wasn't sure, and asked what she thought. Her response was, "It's up to you." Well....yes, I know that, but what kind of stylist can't even give professional opinions, especially when asked? She took scissors and cut an inch off my hair, used the same scissors to do one swipe down the hair on either side of my face for my 'layers' and literally, that was it. Seriously -- my cut couldn't have taken more than five minutes. She didn't even make sure the layers were even. Whatever. My hair doesn't look any different, so it could be worse, but man, what a bummer. From now on, I'll go somewhere else for professional opinions and some personality from the person cutting my hair.
