Cute little cupcake shop. Stopped in during my recent trip to Cleveland because my friend and I were craving something sweet. They had a decent selection of cupcakes with an assortment of different flavor combinations. Unfortunately, all of the cupcakes I wanted to try had buttercream frosting as opposed to cream cheese frosting. I'm not a huge fan of buttercream but love cream cheese frosting. So I decided to be a little adventurous and get a cupcake a little bit out of my comfort zone. I went with the "good morning" (or something along those lines) cupcake. It was a pancake cake with maple cream cheese frosting and candied bacon bits on top. My friend ordered the red velvet cupcake, typical red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. Each cupcake was 3.50$ which I thought was very reasonable for how big they are! The worker working that evening wasn't too friendly and didn't seem thrilled about the questions that we had. When I finally tried the cupcake, my first thought was wow this is really sweet. The saltiness from the bacon helped a little but I could not eat the entire thing. Additionally, I found the cake to be a little bit dry. My friend enjoyed her cupcake, so that's a plus. Not sure if I would stop back in, but it was nice to try it out!
