  • Purchased installed flooring for our entire home from this store and they gave the installers a phone number we asked not to be given out to anyone. I called the store and talked to two people to get some help. Basically they gave me the installers' number and told me to call the installers and figure it out myself. Condescending on the phone. The lady at the installation company, US Installation, was great and corrected the phone number mix up right away. Home Depot employees should take some customer service training from her. Two stars because Home Depot answered my question satisfactorily but it was minimal and unpleasant.
