  • This was one of the most horrible places i have taken my family. It is extremely ghetto. We just wanted to go on a couple of times on the slick track. As my husband and daughter and I took off on our first lap, both my husband and I were struck from behind HARD by other drivers. It clearly says "no bumping" on all the cars. By the time we had gone three laps, we were both struck three to four times. Once my husband was struck so hard, his hat flew off!! Not ONCE did one of the employees stop the cars OR pull any of these drivers out. There was no announcement made prior to driving that there was to be no rear ending people. These are NOT bumper cars!! They are go carts that have the potential to really hurt someone. Before I even parked my car, my head started pounding! By the time my husband was struck the third time, he yelled at the kid that had hit me one of the times as well. His brother or dad started yelling at my husband for yelling at the kid!! It was a total joke! After leaving with a complete refund, my husband and I started immediately having nausea and horrible headaches and dizziness. We were both hit pretty hard several times. Our daughter was run off the track twice. I will NEVER take my kids there again. The staff is a joke at best, and are not even qualified to do their job. Or they were just not paying attention!! It is unsafe, period. The caliber of patrons in this establishment was extremely low class. It was a very disappointing experience.
