  • I love Starbucks, in general. The reason for two stars is that my hope is that management/ corporate will see the poor review and actually take action. This Starbucks location is very close to my house, I'm there frequently and can say that 80% of the time, my order is wrong: one or all of the following: Too much ice, too many pumps, whipped cream, not stirred. While I do get special order drinks, I don't understand why all the mistakes!?! You do little other than make drinks- this should be pretty straight forward. The staff is always friendly but just can't seem to get the orders right. When we decide to take timeout and sit inside and have a bite to eat, the place is always dirty. It could really use and deep cleaning or better yet, a makeover.
