  • Their bartending staff needs to really take a class in customer service! I was served coffee that was way too hot to drink. I walked up to the bar in the sports book area and their was a pregnant bartender who looked at me a total of 4 times. Not once did she say hi or acknowledge me. She clearly seen me trying to her attention and she clearly ignored me as if she was looking right through me. I'm a regular at this casino who spends a lot of money here. Maybe I should take my business elsewhere. She's done this more then once. If I would of said something to her, chances are they would kicked me out as if I was the problem. Smh. ......
