  • The office manager, or "practice manager", Judy is the most unprofessional woman I have ever dealt with. She spoke down to me, treated me horribly with no empathy. When I called and found out my appointment was cancelled because I did not call back to CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT I MADE I was livid! I have never had a doctor require a call back on their "reminder calls"! If I don't cancel my appointment, I WILL BE THERE! I'm a mom of 5 and I don't have time to call back in and confirm the appt I already called and made! I waited 5 weeks with this appointment on my calendar and needed to be seen immediately from a terrible accident I had been in. The day of my appt I'm told I was removed from the schedule, per Judy's request "to add someone else who has been waiting", (Judys exact words). I've been waiting! I could not believe her. After I was done telling her how upset I was she said, "now will you be quiet so I can talk?" I've never been spoken to so disrespectfully and so unprofessional in my life! I love Dr Bullaro and had seen her when I used to go to dr Messer so I wanted to go to her, but with how rude and how long i have to wait to be seen I have found a new obgyn that can see me right away and had office workers who actually enjoy their jobs and show it!
