  • Took my seven year old laptop to ABCD (family business) on Tuesday and got it back the next afternoon. My laptop's touchpad didn't work and my wifi wouldn't connect. Pete, the owner, said he'll do a full cleanup and go from there. He called right after I dropped it off and suggest resetting it to factory settings so the computer would be essentially brand new. I said go for it. When I picked up my laptop, his daughter was installing all updates and said there were a couple of virus that she removed while finalizing the cleanup/updates. I tried my laptop when she was done and it works perfect. Very nice family. Will be my go to computer guy!
