rev:text	So my fiancé won a teeth whitening from the bridal expo for her whole bridal party. Great! However when she went to book the "appointment" they placed her on the wrong day. She then called to confirm her appointment and they told her the appointment was set for the following Saturday. Haha yeah right the day of the wedding what woman would ever do that. Sorry wouldn't happen. She then booked for the Thursday before the wedding which is this Thursday the woman on the phone said why didn't you show up last week. My fiancé said are you serious your front desk told me I wasn't scheduled. Any way she was booked for this Thursday. Just got a call and guess what? A hygienist won't be available so she can't come claim her "free teeth whitening kit". The proceeded to tell her that they can't accommodate her until the day before the wedding orrrrr Monday after the wedding. Yeah right. So Tempe dentistry please stop taking advantage of brides who are excited about their so called "free gift" and either make it free and available for pick up or just don't offer it at all. You are tarnishing your name and business because you hire incompetent staff who can't run a simple schedule and you allow for so much error. Here's a tip ladies if you get awarded a free whitening kit from this place you are better off brushing your teeth with activated charcoal it's safer and works better than a chemically enhanced whitening kit that you will never receive. And if you do receive it I GUARANTEE its just A Trick to sell you something. STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF BRIDES let them be, if your business is hurting so bad you have to lure them in. Go find a new business model. The name of the upstanding citizen and front desk extraordinaire is MELODY whom was an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. Apparently she isn't "privy" to the schedule and offered advise as "maybe we should just forget it" maybe you should learn to do your job melody? Just a suggestion, I couldn't imagine getting any dentist work done there hopefully their dentists are "privy" to dentist work and they won't "just forget it" when you have a serious dental issue. STAY AWAY
