| - I visited this store to look around and found something I like, so I decided to go back the next day to buy it. I was greeted, so that's a good start. I later then saw another item that I liked, so I bought that as well (I got the display one because it was the last one available, so there wasn't a price tag on it). The sales, Lexie, who is the manager there helped me. I simply asked if there were tags for both bracelets in case I want return it, but she said I can't return it unless it's at a Alex and Ani store (obviously, I know that), so I was confused and worried whether I could return it in general or not at all, especially when the one item doesn't have a tag; she did say I could just use my receipt, but sometimes that's not a guarantee. I asked for her name just to be safe if I were to run into problems, and she tells me she's the manager (implying she knows what she's doing). Let me tell you that after that little question, she was pretty rude. She gave me the receipt and I said "thank you!" and she just snarks "mhm, yep!" as she's walking away; she doesn't say "thank you" or "have a good day" ... SMH! I didn't like the customer service, especially the fact that she's the manager. I walked out for a minute, then went back to return it. Of course, she became even more rude. I told her I wanted to return it and she sighs, makes a tsk sound, and looks frustrated. As she's checking me out, she had a certain tone. She then initals that she did the transaction, but tears the paper as she signs it, showing aggression, and just hands me the receipt without a word. It's Vegas, lighten up! She definitely should not be a manager there with that attitude. If you can't take the heat, get outta the kitchen! ;) BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
