  • My favorite restaurant in Vegas and I wish I had one closer! Every time we go to Vegas my husband knows no matter what, he has to make a reservation here. Without fail every time I am there I order the tuna extremely rare and it comes rolled in rice puffs. I don't care for the sauce that it comes with so I order the soy rice wine sauce and oh my gosh... heaven on a plate! The other thing at prime that I have and I have about three of them every time is the martini called the cable car which is one of the Bellagio's signature martinis. I dream about this meal and that drink! On a side note... I love the bartender in the front. He has been there for many years and he is just a delight!
