  • I have been here a couple times and I'm not going to return. Both times I felt I had pretty rude customer service. I came in without an appointment okay my fault, however they weren't too busy when I walked in either. Both times I was rushed multiple times while trying to select my color. The last visit was on my birthday so I was hoping to be treated a little bit. I needed gel polish removal on both my hands and feet and was getting a gel mani & gel pedi. The nail tech that I had was expressively annoyed I guess because there was a lot of work to do on me? He was kinda just scoffing and throwing a mini tantrum the entire time. I don't speak their language but I know that he was talking rudely about me with another tech. The owner came over to help remove the gel polish on my hands while I was getting my pedicure. He was very kind and even complimented me. I wish my entire service was with him! My nails came out okay, the shapes were a bit off and lengths weren't the same either. Having a bad experience especially on my birthday was the last straw. Will not be coming back or referring anyone here.
