  • Chris and Ryan came by to inspect our plumbing, HVAC, structure, etc. For my 1700 sq. foot home, it took them about 2.5 hours from the time of inspection to the comprehensive review (with photos) they gave us. The guys were thorough in their explanations and respectful of our home. They searched high and low for anything that could be of concern and noted them all. Fortunately for us, our DR Horton new build came up with little to be fixed. I am still glad that we hired them on because they affirmed that our house was in top shape, pointed out areas to look out for, and made recommendations to our home that could prevent problems in the future. We are very appreciative of their professional service!
