  • Simply the worst customer experience ever. Wanted to convert my lease to a buyout. They claimed they would take care of it. They sure did. A month later, Toyota Leasing is harassing me for payment on the lease. I have contacted the dealer no less than six times for their assistance. Hey, they got their money, and now it is screw me...no need to listen. On each call I am told I will receive a call back. Doesn't happen. Even the salesperson is as lame as they get. When I first called them to organize this process, this sales woman left a message with an incomplete number. Also, when I tried to dial the dealership number back that she called on, the message I received was that this was not a number that could be called. Beware. Beware. Beware. Customer service not practiced here. If I could go negative five stars, I would. May have to hire an attorney to remedy this...and I did NOTHING wrong.
