Our son recently turned 16 and we passed down the family 2006 family Honda Pilot that my husband has driven for over 11 years. We knew it would need some work but had yet to find someone who we really trusted and who could work with us a little on price. As we pulled into the service drive, up walks Tommy who immediately put us both at ease. We had just come in to get the key reprogrammed but the car was really acting up on our way there. Tommy quickly identified the issues with the car, prioritized the repairs for us, and worked with us on price to help make these repairs a bit more doable. Then, he wanted to make this first car for my son special... he asked to keep it for an extra day. He buffed out the scratches, cleaned the headlight covers, and even detailed the car so it felt "new" for my son instead of "Dad's old dirty car."
