This yoga studio was recommended to me by my physical therapist to heal lower back pain. I was hooked after the first class. Amanda is an amazing instructor, she has brought a lot of calm into my life and ways of inter peace.
Amanda honors my limitations, yet she challenges my to reach higher and stretch my self-imposed limits.
Other instructors in the studio are wonderful as well and they each bring their own style and backgrounds to the mat. Shane is calm and slow, holding poses alitte longer. However he also nudges us to bring our best work and tap into our energies. April likes to get your heart going with a Vinyasa Flow that will leave you full of energy and full of breath.
Oasis brings a sense of community and acceptance, everyone is friendly and respectful of others and the different levels.
