  • Steve has been so awesome! The first time I called late on a Friday it went to voicemail but the next day he called right away in the morning and I asked if he had time to come over that day and he fit us right in to his schedule. It's been really hard finding someone that will come out just to give us an estimate based on my husband & I's schedule since we both work days. Once Steve was at our house he was super informative and passionate about what he does for a living. He even knew a ton about the previous system that the last homeowner had in place. We scheduled for him to come out in the next time slot that he had available at night (Again he was super flexible on working within our work schedule). He installed the system himself and made sure everything worked properly before he left and showed us how to work the system. This was our first home security system so we were a little shy to use it at first. My husband read through the whole manual and started to come up with questions so we asked Steve to come back out and again was super accommodating and come out in person to answer all of our questions and really help us feel secure about using a new system. Steve really knows what he is talking about and loves what he does. We are really happy that we choose to go with Smart Security and get the great customer service that they provide.
