Checked in here this past Friday (Dec 2nd). Received good service at the front desk. However, once we got to our room we were terribly disappointed. Everything looked old and incredibly dated. The sofa was a mess and had stains on it. The entire room had a very poor feeling
I called the front desk and I spoke to a gentleman named Spencer. He was kind enough to understand my concerns and offered me a different room in the same hotel. Once again, I was incredibly disappointed with that room as well. Going above and beyond, he offered to move us next-door to the Venetian at no extra charge. Everything from the hotel lighting to the room decor was so much better than the Palazzo.
Had it not been for Spencer, I would have checked out of the hotel and gone to the Wynn. Thank you Spencer for your incredible customer service.
That said, I would never recommend nor stay at the Palazzo.
