  • This place is awesome. A wide range of high quality food / ingredients. The customer service is good in that the people are very friendly; however, they seem to be generally disorganized behind the counter and it takes a long time to get through the line - if the line is long, expect a long wait (much slower than say Chipotle, for example). Overall, the food and atmosphere more than make up for some of the shortfalls in service. Please bring one of these to Southend - it would make a killing.
