  • Poor customer service and lack of communication. They will also skip steps (like nail trimming) and hope that you won't notice and claim that your dog is a troublemaker and simply wouldn't tolerate nail trimming or ear cleaning even though it's never been a problem in the dog's historic grooming services anywhere else. I can't recommend this groomer. Steer clear. Heather is curt to the point of being rude. They don't even try to remember whose dog is whose.
