| - A really far walk and tram ride from the main stuff on the Strip but a worthwhile trip! The seating is pretty awesome with each booth with its own tv! I would definitely stay here for a bite and a drink if my teams were playing! The waitress and hostess were also very friendly and great service.
We chose the Herbert Keller burger ($21.95) and the sliders ($13.75). Both came with skinny fries, which were surprisingly delicious! Somehow it tasted light for fries, crunchy, perfectly seasoned and a great portion as a side for the burger. The sliders were also surprisingly good. All three slider burgers were cooked perfectly, ate moist and well seasoned. One was "nature source" with American cheese, angus beef with bacon, and Buffalo with carmelized onions. For sliders that sound regular, all 3 were cooked perfectly and all toppings went well together. In my experience 2 or 1 of 3 sliders are the only ones that are tasty and the rest you eat only because you are hungry. I enjoyed every one of my sliders! My husband had the Hubert Keller burger, which Buffalo, carmelized onions, steamed spinach, blue cheese, red wine and shallots on a ciabatta bun. This one was big but too soggy. Perhaps this is because we were taking our time taking pics but the ciabatta bun was so soggy that made it hard to eat the burger. Despite that, great flavours. With the intense blue cheese, spinach and perfectly medium Buffalo burger, wow well balanced! Plus it came with a full pickle which always is a plus for my palate.
All in all, a great burger place. I'd come back for the some or to try the Rossini ($60). Only 4 stars because of soggy bun and the price tag for the Hubert Keller burger. A fair price would be $18. Definitely recommend this one to others!
