| - Very disappointed in my visit at this store. I just moved back here from being overseas, and used to love shopping here. Honestly will not be coming back. We were trying to exchange an item at customer service, the associate who was helping didn't quite know what to do since we didn't have a receipt (even though it was an XMAS gift and I only wanted to exchange for a different color), so she calls for a manager. While we waited a while, another associate randomly appears to give his "two cents" on how the store policy can't take the item back even with a receipt. And I am looking at him like who are you? So I look at his name tag, don't see "manager" on it, so I simply let him know I'll wait to speak to the managers ( he wanted to "show" me the policy, which I could read for myself since it is pasted to the counter, and nowhere did it corroborate the misinformation he was so confidently spewing). Needless to say, after much to do, having spoken to the manager, don't believe their return policy, which evidently one of their own associates was clueless about. Never had any problems with returns in previous years with this store, but today took the cake. At least the manager was apologetic, unfortunately the attitudes of the associates who are the front line of customer service, turned me off of ever coming back to this location. And to top it off, we had to go Macy's to return a gift, no receipt, and had absolutely no problem!!!
