I went there tonight to have my bike checked prior to a week long bike ride I'll be doing soon. I don't know if the technician that helped me was tired, just broke up with someone, or what, but wow - he was not very helpful. He checked my bike over just fine - which is what I asked, but when I had additional questions for him, he was grumpy and condescending. As a female, I feel like I generally get more respect from car mechanics that I did tonight. This place has always seemed a bit too big and a bit too busy to really give customers good service. I will not be going back here (interestingly enough - I stopped by the new bike store owned by the same guy - Motorless Motion Bikes - and had much better service there).
