No customer service and terrible employees. I was having an issue getting them lab requests and was continuing to ask says to do this and John was extremely rude and straight said "don't misplace your anger" when I wasn't angry and just trying to ask how to get them the information. Horrible location that is behind times of technology and even worse customer retention. I would NEVER have this guy draw blood from me. They need to look at some staffing changes and make sure John is having a good day before he works on you. I'll definitely be using a different lab company.
