  • After spending the better part of the last month at this location I'd say I've had the full "Home Depot experience." The staff for the most part, in each department were helpful and knowledgeable. The employees in the flooring department were especially helpful, and definitely went the extra mile to help me with setting up my wood flooring install. That unfortunately was the nice part of an otherwise stressful experience. The person who came out to take the measurements did so incorrectly. The floor ordered was the wrong one, and almost $2.00 more than the one I actually selected. I spent almost 2 hours correcting the order in store. The phone call to schedule the installation never came and I found myself playing phone tag with the store for almost a month. The materials were finally delivered almost 3 weeks after placing the order, only to be told they were to be installed 3 days later. Not to mention the fact that entire boxes of flooring were delivered damaged. The installation itself was great and the floors turned out beautiful. Unfortunately in the end I won't ever use Home Depot again for my flooring needs. For any other home improvement needs I'd say Home Depot was the place to go, but as for flooring I'd suggest you save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
