  • I bought my first ford from this place and dealing with management here is horrible . Never get any calls back from anyone . Finally , after all the drama they were extremely happy when I showed a check for close to 40K for the truck . They happily took that check and the truck was paid off . Later , for my first oil change one of the guys named Jose Torres was kind enough to send me a free oil change for my feed back . I was happy about that and went to get my oil change and again , I had another negative experience dealing with the new service manager . Rude and never listens to anything you have to say . Actually , he even said the truck was safe while having an airbag malfunction and wanted me to sign away the truck when the service was over to drive it away.... With the air bag not working properly . We argued about me not signing away my waiver if any accident should happen . I called my lawyer and he told me the exact same thing, not to sign a single line because they were basically signing away my right to sue if I drove it away because of the is bag . Eventually , he got the airbag fixed although not a happy camper . Never coming back to this ford for any type of oil change or service needs . Instead I found another ford owned by a different family , not them . Do not think about coming here .
