  • Truly poor customer service. I tried to drop off a couple of items to recycle that were listed on the website of items that they take and I couldn't get past the entrance when the greeter said they don't take them. I just turned around and walked out even though I planned on looking at a new printer. A few days later, I was near the Tempe store and they gladly took my recycled items with no questions asked.
