  • i would give these a*holes 0 stars if i could. i purchased a coupon for a duct cleaning through mymadisonperks.com. we set up an appointment... and the day of the appointment, the guy conveniently gets a flat tire and has to reschedule for the next day. the next day comes, and we get no phone call, and the guy never shows up. after speaking with customer service, we set up yet ANOTHER appointment for this morning. big surprise, no one showed up, and we can't get ahold of the office either. three wasted mornings and vacation time spent. i am beyond pissed. screw this place, call someone else. zephyr clean air is extremely unprofessional and SHADY. i'd better get a refund!
