The tram stops by every 7 minutes which isn't bad considering there are usually two trams going during the peak hours of the day so you'll probably be waiting for even less time.
I love this tram because it's so well-maintained. The waiting areas at the stops and the interior of the ride are always clean! Also, the A/C is always on point so that means no cranky people to be spotted!
You have the option of riding it at the Monte Carlo/Aria, Crystals, or Vdara/Bellagio! (Side note: there's a short cut from going through Bellagio to get to Caesars Palace so you can count that as another stop?) The tram station is typically quite easy to find with the signage at each hotel/center so definitely take advantage of this if your legs are dying from walking the Strip or if you're just trying to avoid the heat or cold!
But pro-tip: if you're in a hurry and you're not in much pain. Walking is probably your best option. You can easily walk through the Aria Hotel to get to Vdara and there's also a sky bridge that connects the Gallery Row by Aria to Crystals Shopping Center.
