  • This company is totally devoid of customer service. If your A/C unit does not work on a Friday, do not call them. They do not tell you that they do not work on the week-end, until after they have your check in hand. All that was supposedly needed was freon for my unit. It took less than 30 minutes to put it in, and they came back on Monday to take care of the problem. I will see in the Spring if there was a leak or not. I was told that the unit was LOW on freon. WHY....would be the question? They were totally uncooperative to put it in during the Friday service call. I had to sweat all week-end!
