I just really don't understanding how this creditone bank card company helps people when they're charging you to pay your bill, replacement card, or over the phone payments... its there like Robin Hood steal from the poor and the rich keep padding their pockets. Then you have the poor people from other country who barely speak english who their paying penny's too and have the nerve to get sarcastic with you on the phone when you call and i quote from Millie " YOU HAVE A CHOICE"!!!. Wow! Then i thought about it so i called back to see who i was speaking to and i talk with Peter and he start asking me 101 question to ID me just to speak with a second supervisor. Because he was portraying himself as a supervisor. But when i said oh when i said i going to Yelp... he gave me a real supervisor Matthew as he said.
