  • We took our 10 month old German Shepard to get fancy before Christmas. We took him to the groomers at petsmart a couple days before Christmas and that place was a shitshow and we even had an appointment. So we just left. We called everywhere to get an appointment but since it was the day before Christmas Eve, it was booked everywhere. Finally we called lulu And luckily they had any opening. The staff was very friendly and our German Shepard was sparkly clean And smelled good. His coat was so soft and they even gave him a new years tie! On top of that, we got a little report card about how well he behaved. We were quite surprised he did so well during his grooming. The staff raved about how well he behaved. I will definitely be taking him there again.
