  • Well, the lines are long at times, but this is a GREAT Ramen joint! The broth is super tasty and hearty. I really like it! The noodles are not mushy. Fancy people call that al dente or something. It's a BUSY place, but the tables turn over quickly and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. My buddy told me to and an extra egg or two to balance out the carbs. He's a healthy guy and skinny. I did it. I enjoyed them a lot. If you like spicy, get the spicy meat or the extra spicy meat. Both are fantastic! You cannot go wrong with Ramen Sora!!
