  • Absolutely terrible cable service. My cable box is very slow to respond to the remote, freezes often for extended periods of time and the chat/ support is often completely useless or usually doesn't have a sufficient enough grasp of the English language to adequately understand or address my problems. Overly expensive for poor service. Will be looking for alternative providers. Spectrum is as bad as Time Warner.
