  • I left Figaro's after many years because the owner is an old miserable and very disrespectful fool who not only treats his customers poorly but also his employees (high barber turnover rate). After trying 3-4 different barbershops looking for a good flattop barber I found one at Windy City. Skip cuts a phenomenal flattop if that is your style.
