  • First let's remember I love good customer service, E.R. Plumbing had superb customer service in my recent email inquiry. I reached out to several local plumbing companies with my dilemma and they were the first to respond out of 10 . I like that they stated there would be a service call fee of $69, I had to ask other companies because they didn't disclose this with their email responses . The $69 doesn't sound too bad when you're getting $89 quotes from others. What prompted me to write this review with 5stars was because I was asked if I tried plunging my kitchen sink first before utilizing plumbing services . In my mind I was thinking , liquid plumber hasn't worked , hot water with salt, vinegar and baking soda ... you know all the home remedies you see on Google. Why didn't I think of plunging my sink? Dave was detailed in his email and even listed services and what I could expect in cost . First impressions are everything. Definitely adding this business to my contacts
