  • Even if you're in Vegas for just a couple days, this place is worth a visit for a quick bite. Their sandwiches are huge and full of flavor. They're known for 'the Bobbie' aka the Thanksgiving sub. It's turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes - sooooo goooooood. Worked a conference in Vegas last year and we ordered Capriotti's in for lunch almost every day. If you're in the Las Vegas Convention Center, check to see if they have a location set up for your conference.. they did for ABC '14 in October last year.
