  • I gave them one star because when I call and ask for a price on my vehicle, don't low-ball me and say you didn't realize. I called and asked for the price of an oil change-gave him the year, make, model and particular trim of car. I wanted an exact cost; period. I came in and all of a sudden the price he gave me was not correct because the car had to have full synthetic oil. Now, this is 100% false per Chevrolet. The car can have a blend, which is the price I was quoted over the phone. Total bs and we will never go back.
