  • SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO TO BEST BUY! Twice I bought gifts from this store and twice I got burned. NEVER AGAIN!! 1. I am always standing there waiting for someone to help me and it seems nobody works there. 2. The staff do not seem to know much about their products 3. They do not offer gift receipts and have awful and bizarre return policies. The guy in front of me was told there is not return or exchange on toys. Huh??? I bought a fit bit for someone as a gift. I was sent back to exchange for a gift card because I was holding the receipt (no gift receipts) and was told it says right on the receipt no exchange or return on fit bits. How would I see that on the receipt until AFTER I purchased the item???? And who reads receipts???? Also the guy who sold it to me even wrote on the receipt the box was damaged so I could return it if I needed to!!!! AND didn't mention no-returns when I asked for a gift receipt.
