  • Just wasted 4 hours of my time at Mini! Picked out a vehicle to buy for my business, test drove with Jason, filled out the application, negotiated pricing which was very annoying, and then sat there for 45 minutes waiting...and waiting...and waiting. For what? I'm still not completely clear. This would have been my 3rd Mini from this dealership, and I can't believe the poor quality of service today.
