  • Comfortable beds. Easy walk to restaurants and bars. Although not really my scene, it's great if you like the loud, club scene. I read several reviews about the noise; they did provide ear plugs as others mentioned, but we didn't need them in our room. We were facing the adjacent apartments. The two ladies at the bar during our stay (6/28-6/30) were fantastic and friendly. I lost a make up bag (not the hotel's fault, pretty sure I lost it while out) during my stay, and Michael at the front desk was helpful in trying to locate it and followed up with me thd next day. (Unfortunately, I never found it). Michael (I'm pretty sure this was his name, glasses and lavender hair) at the front desk was wonderful! Super friendly, great customer service. The only downfall was being charged twice for incidentals when we extended our stay on one of the 2 rooms. The first room was booked for 2 nights and only charged once for this. When we extended thd 2nd room, I got charged again. We weren't changing rooms or cards or names on the room, so this seemed superfluous. They have Bliss products in the bathroom. All great except the all in one hair stuff, I would recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner. My friend was on a special diet and needed a small fridge, they got it up to us right away.
