  • I would never recommend this place. There are plenty of other places in town to choose from. I called and was told to come in the next day as a walk-in. I was never told that I could make an appointment which apparently you can. The person I talked to couldn't be bothered to tell me that. When I arrived the next day the receptionist told me it would be an hourlong wait and suggested I come back another day or should drive to another one of their locations as a walk-in and try my luck at getting in sooner. Keep in mind that I live 30 minutes away so I didn't really want to drive back and forth or I drive all over town for an xray. When I said I was willing to wait she acted like that was a real inconvenience for her. She did the whole eye roll sigh act. By the way, there were only 2 other people in the waiting room ahead of me so why they were so "backed up" is a mystery to me. I waited for 90 minutes, which could have been avoided had they given me the option to have made an appointment. Customer service just isn't a priority for them.
