Dr. Schwartz has definitely been one of the better doctors I've seen in my lifetime. My spouse has been a patient of hers for about four months now, and we've seen her around 6-7 times (I always go with her). Every visit I ask lots of questions and she answers them fully and without impatience. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but I know it is because other patients are asking questions and getting proper treatment; she doesn't shoo you away because "your time is up". I have no qualms waiting an extra fifteen or twenty minutes past my appointment time (which I see some people have complained about) because I know that when she's ready to see me she's going to take the time needed to evaluate my condition and prescribe the proper treatment.
If you're impatient and can't wait to see a real doctor -- someone who will take spend necessary time with you to get a proper evaluation/consultation -- then go elsewhere. If you want to be a name and not a number, and receive world-class medical help, go see Dr. Schwartz.
EDIT: I forgot to note that the procedure Dr. Schwartz preformed was a nasal polypectomy. Recovery time was short and the procedure was preformed flawlessly as far as I can tell. Unfortunately, subsequent surgeries will still be necessary down the road due to the condition, and we will be seeing Dr. Schwartz as needed as time progresses.
