  • I called to setup an estimate. I was greeted with the reception and oodles questions and the end found out they don't do estimates on the weekends. An opportunity for back and forth communication would save time for everyone and I wouldn't have to worry about them selling all my information to gawd knows who. Update- The owner quickly called and was concerned about the negative yelp rating, he wanted to make it right and assured me they don't sell customer info. Also gave me some good advice about what to watch out for locally when looking for a roofer. I adjusted my rating to ok and may even call him back.
