  • Terrible I am very unsatisfied. Service started off good and Kathy was nice. Brought in my Wife's baptism dress for my daughter to wear on her baptism. Two flowers on the dress were safety pinned on and I asked for them to be sewn on. Kathy said no problem. Picked up the dress to find a bunch of wires around the flowers when we got home. Took it back Kathy said "oh it's because the dress is old and the wires came out in the wash." She was getting frustrated I even asked about the wires. Then She said cut them off and offered to do it. I said yes please do. She then cut one of the decoration beads off of the dress as I was saying stop wait. I asked why she did that and she said "you wanted me to cut the wire" I said yeah the metal wire what you cut wasn't wire. She didn't apologize for the mistake and actually got even more frustrated with me. Then I look at my suit when I get home and there are lines where the cleaners ironed it with the pockets in leaving marks on my black suit. I would recommend the cheaper cleaners in the next shopping center over next to Tropical smoothie. I thought since I was paying more I would get extra care with my garments. And terrible problem resolution.
