Where do I begin. I called ahead and scheduled a test drive for a 2017 Toyota Corolla. After driving all the way from GILBERT in rush hour, we test drove it and decided to buy it. Up to that point we were unwhelmed with staff. I was told I would be working with Jamie, but Jamie just so happened to be off when we got there. Red flag number one. So instead we got another sales person who seemed to know nothing of what he was doing. Every question we had, his response was 'I'll have to look it up.' So we sat down, gave him our information and were about to begin discussing pricing when another sales person walks in and says 'sorry guys' with a smug look on his face, grabs the keys, and walks out. They sold the car while they were selling it to us. How unprofessional can you get? The people who bought the car hadn't scheduled anything like we had. They didn't care though, all they care about is money, and getting cars out the door as fast as they possibly can. Rest assured, we will NEVER consider buying a car from them again. Never.
