Not impressed! There in the middle if the day tile/carpets shopping with my elderly mother.
1) Plenty of employee is the the store but no one interested in helping us.
2) Found young lady behind counter in flooring department sitting behind the counter (doing noting. Nothing on the desk, no other customer in sight. After prompting her multiple times she finally got off her chair and took us to the flooring isle to look at some flooring options (the funny thing is...she seemed very knowledgeable) just not interested in helping us.
3) Now, I'm wandering the flooring and kitchen design area for her to ask a couple more question sand what do see....2 employees sitting behind a desk in the appliance area (visiting with each other) I had to ask them if they knew when to flooring representative was. Got an annoyed look from the female of the 2... she asked me to describe who I was looking for. Really, I'd guess she would have access to a work schedule to see who was working that afternoon. She informs me she's already left. I asked her a couple of quick question and we were on our way.
4) Now, it's time for my mother to check out. There were 3 ladies standing in front of the cash register and they directed her to self-check. Why would a 76 year old be expected to check herself out in self-check? Any on of those ladies could of offer to take her to a register and do it for help.
I have only received good, real customer service when I've bought paint or in the garden area. I've been in the area for for 10+ years and until the last few visits have not noticed your employee's laziness and lack desire to earn a paycheck.
